Merry Christmas, Everyone!

Now, don't be mistaken here. This is NOT Soleil's birthday. This is Ricky's 3rd birthday. But, in typical Bahamian girl fashion, she is running the show. Look at Ricky's face....he just doesn't get it!
Old buddies! Soleil, Ricky, Christelle and Giovanni have been together for a while now at school.

Soleil and I made a gingerbread house for Christmas. I think she ate most of the decorations before they ever got on the house!

Raina and Soleil on the fire truck. Raina's husband, Vaden, is a paramedic with Hillsborough County Fire Rescue. He took Soleil on a VIP tour of the station-so much fun!

True colors are shining through...

This is the newest addition to the family, eight week old Scratch. I voted for the name Ya Bongy, but was outvoted b/c Dad thought most people wouldn't get it. I get it and it is funny!

Soleil and Scratch went for a mile long walk in the push. Scratch jumped out five minutes into it and ran down the road. You should have seen me trying to figure out what to do...stay with the two year old and watch the dog get squashed? Or run after the dog and leave Soleil to fend for herself. It all worked out in the end, though.
