Soleil's summer!

Soleil had a great summer this year! She spent a month in Abaco, went to New York City, attended Vacation Bible School and enjoyed a visit from our Aunt Celie and cousins Ashley and Lucie Jo.

Soleil takes on New York City!

Soleil and I went to New York City for five days this summer. We stayed with Diamar and Lydia in West New York, NJ. It was, as always, absolutely wonderful. Soleil had a blast and anytime she sees tall buildings she exclaims, "Neeeeew York City!!"

Swinging Soleil!

Papa rigged up a simple swing for Soleil and she has enjoyed it immensely! So much so that nobody can walk by it without being solicited for a swing (or push)!!

Soleil in Abaco Summer 2010

Papa took us for a boat ride on a beautiful day!
Soleil is enjoying a month long vacation in Abaco with Darrin, Nana, Papa and Uncle Alligator. She swims numerous times a day, swings every chance she gets and is enjoying the simple island life! Lucky girl!

Soleil went to her first Dragonboat Races here in Tampa this year! She really enjoyed the races and even the ride there on the trolley!

Common Ground Park in Lakeland!

Our latest discovery in this amazing park in Lakeland! Common Ground is unlike anything I have ever seen and totally worth the 30 minute drive to get there!
